People Memory is a free, open-source personal relationship manager for iOS and Android, developed and maintained by TBTechs. The App allows you to store personal notes, trust ratings, interaction history, and dates for people you know — all stored exclusively on your device.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App is not directed at children under 13.
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you store.
Because we have no access to your data, we cannot recover it if you lose your device, forget your PIN, or uninstall the App. We strongly encourage you to use the in-app export/backup feature before switching devices.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we collect no personal data, store nothing on servers, and use no tracking or analytics services.
You agree to use People Memory only for lawful purposes. You must not store, collect, or process personal information about other individuals in a way that violates applicable law, including but not limited to:
Since all data is stored only on your device, you act as the sole data controller for any personal information you record. It is your responsibility to ensure this complies with the laws in your jurisdiction.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, OS updates, or uninstallation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of privacy, or device damage.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).
We may update the App from time to time to fix bugs, add features, or improve performance. Updates are distributed through the App Store and Google Play. You are not required to update, but older versions may become incompatible with your device's OS over time.
We may also update these Terms of Service. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where the developer is domiciled.
People Memory is open source. The source code is available on GitHub under its respective open-source license. If you build upon or fork this project, you must comply with the license terms specified in the repository.
